Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your booked session. Cancellations less than 48 hours are non-refundable. We will try to reallocate your session to another paying sauna goer(s) and if so we will be happy to offer you a rescheduled session or a refund.
