New sessions are typically released on our website every Sunday around 8pm.

Worser Bay

You will find us located at the Worser Bay Beachfront.

Note: no shared sessions will be available at our Worser Bay site on the 15th & 16th November.

We are located at Worser Bay beach with sessions on offer Tuesday to Sunday each week.

If you're interested in a private booking please contact us to discuss details. Note, we have a maximum of 2 private sessions available per day.

Hataitai Beach

You will find us located at the south end of Cog Park near Hataitai Beach.

We are heading back to Cog Park with our newest sauna for the weekend of the 15th & 16th November. All sessions are now available via our Sessions Schedule.

About Us

Scenic Saunas is owned and operated by Michael (Mike) Burrell

At Scenic Saunas, we offer a unique mobile sauna experience right here in Wellington, New Zealand. Run by a local Wellingtonian, Mike knows the great locations from years of training in the area for Coast to Coast and Ironman events. Mike and the team at Scenic Saunas are passionate about the benefits of sauna and enjoy offering our beautiful mobile space that allows individuals to heal physically and mentally, while connecting with others and the natural surrounding environment. Visit us today to enjoy a truly special experience.

I can’t recommend Scenic Saunas enough! It’s become my new weekend must do! To be able to alternate between refreshing dips in the beautiful ocean (which in itself is so good for you!), and steamy warm sessions in the wood fuelled sauna... you come away feeling completely blissed out - absolutely magic!
