LOCATION UPDATE: Our final day at Worser Bay will be
Sunday 8th March 2026.
We will be relocating to Wellington's iconic Scorching Bay from
Wednesday 11th March 2026.​

WATER QUALITY UPDATE: Our sauna and yoga services are running as normal. We recommend checking the Land Air Water Aotearoa website for the
latest water quality assessment if you are planning to go swimming
as part of your sauna experience.
And for those who like a little extra help to cool off there is a cold outdoor shower near by and most days a cool sea breeze.

We run our saunas in a range of locations around Wellington all year round.

New sessions are typically released on our website every Sunday around 8pm.

Run by a local Wellingtonian, Mike knows the great locations from years of training in the area for Coast to Coast and Ironman events.
